Tokyo Tech welcomes delegates from Multimedia University, Malaysia

On 10 October, through the connection of Yamaguchi-Takada alumni Dr. Poong, Tan Sri Dato Paduka Dr. Fng Ah Seng and Vice Dean Dr. Gerald Goh from Multimedia University of Malaysia visited Tokyo Tech with 19 members. The team was welcomed by Tokyo Tech representatives, including Prof. Yamaguchi, Prof. Takada, Prof. Kishimoto, and Yamaguchi-Takada Laboratory students.

Tan Sri was welcomed by Tokyo Tech representatives, followed by a campus tour. Tan Sri and his team members were impressed by the mixture of modern and traditional architecture of the campus. They also attended a tour around the library, appreciating the rich archives of documents, automatic bookshelf, and comfortable environment for students to study.

After the campus tour, Prof. Yamaguchi and Prof. Takada presented the overview of Tokyo Tech. They introduced the recent curriculum reform to encourage international collaboration, significant achievements of the university and other advancements. Tan Sri Fng Ah Seng commented on the importance of quality education and stated his opinion on the values that university can offer to the society. Tan Sri and his team presented Tokyo Tech team with his biography, doctoral thesis and the souvenirs from Multimedia University.
