ICT introduction project sponsored by World Bank as part of the international cooperation project for Millennium Development Goals aiming to expand accessibility and level up the quality of education. Tokyo Tech Team conducted monitoring evaluation in collaboration with the local organization and Mongolia Ministry of Education, Culture, Science, and Sports.
Analyzing work experience of Japanese specialists and educator in community development fields as a case. The educational materials were created including guidelines based on the cases to contribute to human resource development through focusing on the participatory approach to development and public-private partnership.
The research about introducing ICT to promote community development and heritage conservation for World Cultural Heritage site in Laos. In cooperation with the local government and professional organizations, databases of cultural heritage information were created in ICT center which includes photo database and feedback database.

Conduct field researches in a foreign country to establish a comprehensive method of sustainable development that promotes conservation of cultural heritage in World cultural heritage sites in Asia: Japan, China, and Laos. Currently, the field research in world cultural heritage in Laos is being conducted. We held seminar “Heritage & Urban Development” with UNESCO in the international forum organized by UNHABITAT.
